Ryan Dwyer, Fighting to Expose Truth and Corruption in Florida’s Long Term Care System
Mr. Dwyer began his career at Wilkes & McHugh, a preeminent, nationally-recognized nursing home litigation firm handling complex litigation cases. During his years working at Wilkes, Mr. Dwyer investigated and exposed shell companies that funneled money away from patient care to increase corporate profits.
Mr. Dwyer continues this fight at Senior Justice Law Firm. Mr. Dwyer focuses not just on the individual incident, but also analyzes systemic management choices that may have contributed to the neglect-related injuries. This could include inadequate staffing, insufficient training of staff or other corporate decisions affecting care.
Ryan focuses on fighting elder abuse and neglect because each case, large or small, is appalling. He fights every day to hold negligent facilities accountable, and hopefully, to institute change.
