Garrick Harding is a trial attorney focused on nursing home and assisted living facility (“ALF”) negligence. Education
Mr. Harding is a “double Gator,” meaning he achieved both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. While at the University of Florida, Garrick left his mark on everything he touched including Homecoming, Student Government, Florida Blue Key, and his fraternity, Theta Chi. He served as the Homecoming General Chairman for the entire university, and the President of Florida Blue Key, a prestigious organization that honors leaders on campus. Garrick’s service to the University of Florida and Florida Blue Key earned him the William E. Rion Outstanding Graduate Award, and he continues to give back to the university to this day in his role as Vice President of the Palm Beach County Gator Club.

Garrick Harding is a natural born trial lawyer. He prides himself on being a Florida nursing home abuse attorney, advocating for defenseless victims of elder abuse, neglect and negligence.
Prior to joining Senior Justice Law Firm, Mr. Harding was a prosecutor with the 15th Circuit State Attorney’s Office where he honed his trial skills and fought for victims in Palm Beach County. Garrick has obtained over two dozen verdict results, including a guilty jury trial verdict on a first-degree felony. Additionally, attorney Harding was a successful civil litigator in Stuart, Florida, and has worked as co-counsel to other firms nationwide on civil litigation matters.
In 2024, Mr. Harding obtained a landmark $10,500,000 jury verdict for an assisted living facility neglect victim in Pinellas County.
