Samantha Harris is a trial attorney at Senior Justice Law Firm who is deeply committed to standing up for individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She represents victims of nursing home abuse, assisted living neglect, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, advocating tirelessly to protect vulnerable clients and help families find answers, accountability, and justice.
Samantha approaches every case with the belief that clients deserve not only strong legal representation, but also compassion, clear communication, and unwavering support. Ms. Harris works closely with families to ensure their voices are heard and fights aggressively to hold negligent facilities responsible for the harm they cause.
Before joining Senior Justice Law Firm, Samantha served for more than four years as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit. There, she defended the constitutional rights of individuals who often had no one else to advocate for them. Managing a demanding caseload, she gained extensive courtroom experience, trying more than a dozen cases to verdict and arguing hundreds of substantive motions. This daily trial work strengthened her litigation skills and shaped the strategic, confident advocacy she now brings to every client she represents.
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in International Affairs, with a minor in Spanish, from Florida State University, and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, she was an active member of the Trial Association, a Quarterfinalist in the South Texas Mock Trial National Competition, and a Junior Staff Member of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
