Trial Lawyer Annie Bush
Attorney Annie Bush has been a dedicated voice for victims for over 20 years. As an associate attorney at Senior Justice Law Firm, Ms. Bush represents families impacted by elder abuse and neglect across the State of Florida.
Ms. Bush started out as a Victim-Witness Coordinator for the Department of Interior, assigned to Yosemite National Park. There she formed the first federal Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), and later became the Park Prosecutor. Ms. Bush then relocated to Florida, and as an Assistant State Attorney, again focused on obtaining justice for victims of crime as a trial attorney. Her focus was on crimes of violence, including crimes against children and the elderly.
Ms. Bush earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, finishing at the top of her class. During her time in law school, she competed in the Mock Trial Competition Team, and served as the Law Review Editor. She received her undergraduate Journalism degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Bush is licensed to practice in Florida Courts.
Along with her legal trial experience, Ms. Bush also brings to Senior Justice a specialized knowledge in the areas associated with cognitive decline, including Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Parkinson’s. She understands how vulnerable our community members are who suffer with these conditions, and who rely on others to keep them safe and secure. Her passion is to be the voice for those who cannot form the words to ask for help.
