How We Determine Firm Size
Senior Justice Law Firm is the largest U.S. plaintiffs’ law firm focused exclusively on nursing home abuse, assisted living neglect, and long-term care negligence, as measured by the number of attorneys whose primary practice is representing plaintiffs in claims against long-term care facilities.
As of September 9, 2026, Senior Justice has 24 attorneys who meet this definition.
To evaluate this claim, we reviewed publicly available attorney rosters and practice descriptions for U.S. plaintiffs’ law firms that market themselves as primarily or exclusively focused on nursing home abuse and long-term care litigation. General personal injury firms that handle nursing home cases as one of numerous unrelated practice areas were not included in this comparison.
Attorney counts and practice descriptions were reviewed using law firm websites and, where appropriate, state bar records. This information was last reviewed on September 9, 2026.
Data Review to Determine Firm Size
Our September 2026 review identified several U.S. plaintiffs’ law firms whose practices are primarily or exclusively focused on nursing home abuse and long-term care litigation. We do not identify other firms by name because the purpose of this research is to substantiate Senior Justice Law Firm’s size, not to rank, criticize, or promote other law firms.

For purposes of this analysis, a qualifying attorney is a lawyer whose primary practice involves representing plaintiffs in claims arising from abuse, neglect, negligence, serious injury, or wrongful death involving nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or other long-term care providers. Our comparison focuses on specialized plaintiffs’ firms rather than general personal injury firms that handle nursing home cases as one of numerous unrelated practice areas.
