Michael Brevda was trial counsel in “the largest jury verdict awarded in a case involving a Florida assisted living facility”, which resulted in a $12,500,000 jury verdict for the plaintiff in a Tampa bed sore case.
In 2024, David Brevda and Michael Brevda were counsel in the largest nursing home Covid whistleblower fraud case in US history. The case settled for $7 million.
