A native of South Carolina’s Lowcountry, Mr. Feidler was raised along the coast of Myrtle Beach by a single mother who worked two jobs to support her family. From an early age, he learned the value of hard work and personal responsibility, lessons reinforced while working as an oyster shucker to help make ends meet. These formative experiences continue to shape his work ethic and commitment to standing up for vulnerable individuals that are neglected in South Carolina healthcare facilities.
Education & Experience
Mr. Feidler put himself through college and law school, earning his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2013, where he served as Managing Editor of Law Review. After his admission to the South Carolina Bar, he clerked for The Honorable Roger M. Young, Sr., Circuit Court Judge, gaining invaluable insight into trial practice and judicial decision-making.
Following his clerkship, Mr. Feidler spent more than six years at one of South Carolina’s largest plaintiff-side law firms. During that time, he helped build and lead a specialized department comprised of multiple attorneys and staff across several southeastern states, focusing on nursing home abuse, elder neglect, and medical malpractice litigation. His practice centers on holding nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals accountable for preventable injuries caused by neglect and abuse.
Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Feidler enjoys Jiu-Jitsu, surfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and children.
