The 180 bed for-profit nursing home has both short term rehab and long term wings. The legal licensee entity is MANOR CARE OF BOCA RATON FL, LLC, but the facility is owned and operated by the nationwide HCR ManorCare corporation.
Manor Care of Boca Raton Health Inspection Results
On 11/16/2016, State of Florida AHCA officials performed an unannounced survey at ManorCare Boca Raton and issued 16 citations including violations for unsafe means of egress (hallways, aisles, corridors) causing obstructions and possible patient falls, as well as violations for fire safety measures not being up to code.
On 10/2/2015, AHCA officials performed an unannounced re-certification survey at ManorCare of Boca Raton, which resulted in 36 pages of deficiencies. The violations were too numerous to repeat, however, some include:

- Failing to supervise residents while eating;
- Failing to keep the facility clean and sanitary;
- Failing to provide proper nutrition and hydration;
