It was alleged that during his residency, Orange City staff failed to appropriately adjust Mr. Bogart’s brace, resulting in a revision surgery of his patella.
Estate of Margarita Garcia vs. Orange City Nursing and Rehab Center
The Estate of Ms. Garcia filed this lawsuit against Orange City for nursing home negligence. In the Complaint, the Plaintiff alleges that Ms. Garcia was a fall risk, and that Orange City staff failed to appropriately prevent falls, resulting in a fractured left femur.
