During the early morning hours of Friday April 12, 2019, the unidentified male resident was seen roaming the halls of Manor Care Boca unattended. This patient had dementia and was in a specific memory care unit within the skilled nursing facility. Allegedly, staff assisted the confused patient back to his bed around 4 in the morning.
