A random relicensure survey was conducted at Arden Courts of Delray Beach on 12-21-2017. During this inspection, surveyors found that one of the Arden Courts residents has an incomplete 1823 form. This was recognized as a deficiency on the publicly available survey results.

A 6-5-2017 survey also resulted in deficiencies at the Delray Beach campus of Arden Courts. 1 of 2 of the surveyed residents were found to have pressure ulcers that were not appropriately staged.
