A random relicensure survey was conducted at Arden Courts of Delray Beach on 12-21-2017. During this inspection, surveyors found that one of the Arden Courts residents has an incomplete 1823 form. This was recognized as a deficiency on the publicly available survey results.

A 6-5-2017 survey also resulted in deficiencies at the Delray Beach campus of Arden Courts. 1 of 2 of the surveyed residents were found to have pressure ulcers that were not appropriately staged. Because an assisted living resident cannot have pressure sores, the facility was cited for failing to determine the continued appropriateness of residency in an ALF.
