Jim is the youngest of 11 children. The son of a military father and a mother that worked in the school cafeteria, Jim learned early on that everyone deserves respect and compassion.
Mr. Morgan’s desire to help people led him to law school. When he stumbled upon the elder abuse and neglect practice area, he recognized his professional calling. He graduated cum laude from the Washburn School of Law in 1997 and has been helping families impacted by nursing home neglect ever since.
